Condition of Sales and Term of Payments

Condition of Sales

         1. All prices listed are quoted in US Dollars, F.O.B Bangkok,Thailand ( C & F quotes available on request)
         2. Prices shown are net price of plants include Packing and Handling. US$60 will be addded for Phytosanitary Certificate ,CITES, and Shipping charge.
         3. Minimum cost of orchid plants per order is US$1,200.
         4. Full payment must be made in advance accompany with each order. ( Unless prior arrangement has been made, includes are: Price of plants, Shipping charges & Freight charge)
         5. All shipments will be sent by Airfreight as soon as possible upon confirmation of Purchase order and payment received. Usually within 8 to 10 days. ( Please fax or email us your Bank transfer data ASAP upon each order)

* Availability of plants are subjected to quantity on hand.

* This listing supercedes all previous listings and/or quotes.

Packing Detail
         1. Unless otherwise instructed, plants will be packed as follows:
                  - Plants in compots and 1" clay pot will be shipped out of pot, bare root.
                   - Plants grown in 2 1/2" plastic basket will be shipped with basket
                  - Plants grow in 4" plastic baskets will be shipped with baskets.
         2. Our standard cardboard carton, contains approximate each of the following items. Box Dimension: 100 x 60 x 40 cm.
                  - Dendrobium 1"    pot 800 -1,000 seedlings
                  - Dendrobium 3.5"    pot 125 - 125 Plants
                  - Vanda Flowering    size 25 - 30 plants
                  - Vanda Medium    size 70 - 80 plants
         3. Seedling in Bottle. One bottle contains 40 seedlings. Packing in cardboard carton
dimension 45 x 57 x 19 centimetres contain 20 bottles per one carton.

Remarks:
For Hybrids Orchids,Vanda: If the crossing is sold out , we will substitute
with the similar or close approximate ones according the plants availablity.

Shipping Document
         1. Phytosanitary Certificate ( issued by the Thai Government/Agriculture Department )
         2. Cites Permit ( issued by the Thai Government)
         3. Commercial Invoice ( 3 copies)
         4. Packing List
         5. Airway Bill

Remarks:
For countries that require Import Permit, please fax or sent scan email copy of your
Import Permit document ASAP prior to shipment

Receiving and Acceptance

Please be awared that orchids plants are perishable. All shipment should immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected upon arrival and then planted as soon as possible.
In case of damage, please notify us immediately upon arrival of shipment. Damage of the plants could be replace after investigation and reasonable proof. However, the customer will be responsible to pay for the freight and shipping charge
